After leading teams and scaling operations in startups and multinationals like IBM, T-Systems, and Epiroc, where I served to deploy solutions for companies industrial, mining, public sector and financial industries, I noticed a pattern: most business challenges aren’t caused by poor intent—they’re caused by unseen misalignment between strategy, structure, and people.
